Open Question: Is there a place that you can just play in the snow on Big Bear Mountains, San Diego without paying?I am looking to take my children to see snow for the first time. The only place I can find with snow in or near the San Diego area is Big Bear. Is there anywhere on the mountains that you can just play in without paying anything.
