He is living in his truck now. Bills are way beyond repairing. Any advise on to help him. Also, the police harrass while he's in his truck sleeping. Hes was mid to upper level mgnt and is in bad shape. I can't send him any more $ but pray. He has a masters degree, graduated San Diego State Univ and got his masters at Chapman University.
