Open Question: Parents turning away from me...Freshman in college?

Open Question: Parents turning away from me...Freshman in college?

I am a college freshman and home for Christmas Break. My dad got a job transfer and does not live at home anymore, so he will not be home until close to Christmas. I came home because my sister and he husband live here, plus my boyfriend and my close friends. I seem so lonely when I am at home not just because my dad is not here I am at home with my step-mom. My step-mom and my dad met when I was four, my parents divorced when I was three. Anyways I don't speak to mom for many of reasons such as her addition to narcotics, but the life she put my sister and I through. But the real problem is that I wish for the perfect family, but that just isn't what I have at all. My dad kicked my sister out of the house around the same point I am in my life right now a Freshman in college during Christmas break before Christmas. Am I just scared the same thing is going to happen to me. I seem as though I am in the way of my step-mom and the life she wants with my dad. They seem to complain about paying for college, when it is actually a couple thousand cheaper than the private school I graduated from. It is not that my parents are struggling we are middle class. I have been home a week, and there as been no hugs, no I missed you, and no home cooked meal at all. I wish I felt love at home, but it seems like it is too much to ask for. I am tired of crying can someone please give me some advice.
