Read information Help please.?I am being sued by my next door neighbor, she says that i had an everything must go garage sale. Before i continue let me explain some things. I am only 17 and i have never done anything bad or had a criminal record, i just got my first speeding ticket over the summer. My next door neighbor is a drug user and she always asks me to watch her kids, dog, and or house for her when she leaves to go somewhere. I have been watching her kids since i was 12, she always promises to pay but never does. She makes me watch her kids until 4 or 6 am the next morning when she leaves at 8 pm to go on her drug runs. I don't say anything because i don't want her to lose her kids. I have always given her money and free stuff. I gave her daughter all of my old clothes and etc. Her house is always a mess i mean just horrible, i always clean her house for free and i do all this stuff for her and my mom always get mad at me but i can't help but feel sorry for her. Anyways the day she asked me to watch her house was like any other time except during this time she was dating her daughters ex boyfriend and wanted to get married to him but he lived in san diego. She wanted to move there and live with him so she told me to have garage sale for her and get rid as much stuff as i can. She didn't write anything down about what not to give away and what to give away. I even asked her kids to help me sort out their stuff that they want to give away or keep. They didn't help so i told her and she said don't complain when she sells your stuff. Anyways i get everything together make signs for it and everything. The garage sale happens and my boyfriend sold a dresser and i told her and she freaked out on me told me to get out of her house and things like that. So i left and left the money at her house that we made from the garage sale. She tried to get me arrested but they cops said she was basically crazy and nothing would and it didn't until now. Now she is suing me for 7500 in small claims court. How do i prove i did nothing wrong, my said its just going to be her word against mine and because she filed for it and probably wrote a sad story they are going to believe her. I can't get sued, i didn't do anything wrong. I don't know what to do, i know what i said probably doesn't make sense but i just got my papers like 10 min ago so yeah. Just please help me.... and no stupid answers please. She is suing me for 7,500. The maxium amount. its printed on my papers in front of me. She is suing me, well my mom cause im not 18 and she is suing my boyfriend. There were tons of her drug friends that new about it and her kids but none of them are going to help me. The garage sale happened in july... Open Question: When I move, where should I go live?So I'm just planning/daydreaming for the future... and I've been thinking about where I'm going to live. I live in a small city in Southern California and I don't plan on staying here, but I will never move out of the state. I am the kind of person that must be close to their family, and all of mine lives here. So I've been considering Malibu and San Diego. Give me some suggestions please? Thank you! Open Question: Medical Marijuana Question.?I live in San Diego and I'm thinking about becoming a medical user but i have one question that no websites seem to fully answer. If you have a medical card on you that says you can legally buy marijuana does that mean you can smoke it publicly or can the cops get you for that? Open Question: Questions about colleges?is it hard to get into colleges, such as USC, UC santa barbara, UC Davis or UC san diego? what about other colleges in the US??? i've heard its very hard to get into these schools, especially USC i have a 3.2 gpa this semester, but normally i have a 3.5 or above; but this year (tenth grade) i am taking very hard classes; such as trigonometry, chemistry, Honors english and honors history i am also on my schools swim team and plan to take be on it for all of high school... i am going to work hard for the rest of high school to try and get a 3.5 gpa on every report card... some people tell me that u have to have a 4.0 or above to get in to USC, but i know an adult who went there and had like a 3.3 gpa... does anyone know how hard it actually is? do i have a chance of getting in, if i improve my grades and get an average of a 3.5 gpa in high school w/ honors classes and maybe 2 AP classes...and be on the swim team for 4 full years?? do u have an idea of what colleges will accept me? i really do not want to go to a community college, or a college like CSUN..... also does anyone know if Honors classes improve your GPA, like AP classes do ??
