Open Question: I want out of my Apartment. Any advice? and more...

Open Question: I want out of my Apartment. Any advice?

I have been living with my roommate for a little over a year and a half. Our lease is up on February 1st. Everything was ok up until 6 months ago when her boy friend moved in. I had no problem with it in the beginning because he was a decent guy to me and I had once had a boyfriend live with us so I thought it was only fair. However for the past 5 months living with them has been hell. It gets worse and worse the longer we live together. Yes I know my lease is up in a little over a month but I want to move out right now. I can not handle it anymore. Your home is the one place you should feel comfortable in, however I dread being home for more than a couple of minutes and I usually lock myself in my bedroom so I do not need to be around them. Here are a few examples of what I have to go through: 1. My roommate's boyfriend is a slob, he does not clean up anything, he works at a railroad company and comes home completely covered in dirt and walks through the house with his boots on, tracking dirt everywhere. 2. He is extremely rude to me and to my roommate, and when they get in arguments he leaves the house slamming doors while im trying to sleep ( I have two jobs and work usually a total of 70 hours just so I do not have to be home). He then proceeds to peal out of the drive way like a mad man ripping up our lawn. 3. My roommate has become a completely different person since he moved in. She is extremely rude to me as well and leaves post its on the fridge when im not home telling me what I can and can not do, who I can and cant have over. We use to be friends and now I can not even stand to be in the same room as her. I try to be polite to them however its hard to be polite to someone who does not respect you at all and does not give you the politeness back. The newest thing is my roommate's boyfriend has been stealing my parking spot in the garage. We have a two car garage. Now I have lived here for almost a year and he has been here for 6 months. My roommate has a parking spot and so do I. His parking spot is the drive way. I just purchased a brand new car so I do not feel comfortable not having my car in the drive way otherwise I wouldn't throw a fit about him parking in my spot. However he never asks if he can he just tries to beat me home. Now imagine living in a house that you pay for and having to beat a 19 year old boy home just so you can park your car in YOUR parking spot. I am going insane and I can not handle another month of this. I know that was alot to read but I just needed to get some of it off my chest. If anyone has any advice please please tell me, before I pull my hair out and do something I will really regret.... I am on the lease however I am not sure if my roommate's boyfriend is on the lease. She said she was having him added on but I am not sure if she ever did.
