Open Question: How do I get motivated to start exercising again and feel less tired?

I have been working a lot the last few months (13 hrs/day) and just feel tired all of the time. I only have a small window of time where I can exercise, but when that times comes, I am just too tired or my boyfriend starts bothering me. The problem with my boyfriend is that we are on the same exact schedule, so it's hard to get away from him long enough to exercise adequately. What is the best way to boost my energy so I can start exercising again? How can I better organize my time to make sure I can get some type of exercise in each day?
