So, I know most of north county coastal but now I want to start other communities. I'd like a list of things to do in RB. I don't do much 'night stuff'. I am out late, so late restaurants are great, but I'm 20, and even when I turn 21 you won't find me in bars. So. . . what is there to do there? I'm on the budget of a college student.
