I am looking to buy a condo, and there are a few inexpensive ones in the Waterbridge Condo Complex in Rancho Bernardo. Has anyone lived here and can discuss their experiance? I know nothing about the place. Thank you!

I'm graduating in March with a BA in Economics. Have no clue what I want to do yet. Can someone help me on recommending when I should apply for jobs and what companies best. I preferably would like to stay in San DIego and I have no experience relating to my major. Not a good thing.
