Now its worse! Dylan wants to be emancipated!!!!!!!!!! what do you do? the rules for emancipation in Tennessee that Dylan is trying to use are that - The child must be capable of supporting himself or herself financially and managing his or her own affairs Each parent or guardian must consent She want me and her mamma to consent and she says her boyfriend ( the cause of the problems ) will support her money wise, she could help on his ranch. she said if her mamma didnt consent, and i quote, " Mamma if you dont consent im going to make your life a living hell, you will be begging the devil to take you to hell, coz thats where you belong mamma hell!!". Children are really meant to be 16 before they are emancipated but she says a movie star from twilight, the one that plays rosie or rosalynd or something like that moved out at 14 so why cant she move out at 15? what do you do? how do you punish a child who doesnt listen? she want do what her mamma tells her and Grace cannot aford to send her away anywhere ( and she doesnt want to ) PLEASE HELP! We need advice ASAP Before Dylan goes too far or runs away of something, Dylans a good kid she just cant see that she is making a mistake, do we let her move out? if not how do you control a 15 year old who is all about drink, sex and who knows what else? things she has done include, turning up to church drunk, shouting and swearing at mer mamma, comming home late or somethings not at all, stealing things from local shops ( clothes, sweeties, condoms, Movies ), Failing class, Shouting abuse at teachers, she told her mamma she laft school because she is going to be a stripper. I recently discovered that after the guiy im living with found out im planning on leaving him..(he went to the manager and had him remove my name without any problems!!) isnt that illegal????? now im moving out in a wek,asked my boyfriend to go with me and help me sort thru some of my belongings and he said he wont do it. he wants to keep control over me by not letting me have my stuff. will i get the police to help me if i call and ask them for help?? do i have to file a small claims?? i live in washington state so if you know anything about the law please help me!! Open Question: Is something wrong with me?Over the past few months I've been incredibly tired. I doesn't matter how much I sleep. I'm always exhausted. My boyfriend says I'm oversleeping but I've tried 6 hours to 12 hours of sleep and I'm never rested. I've also gained quite a bit of weight over the past 6 months. And I try to exercise but I literally can not run for more than 30 seconds without having to stop and rest because I can't breathe. I timed myself the other day to see how long I could run (jog more like it) without feeling like I was going to vomit and it was a grand total of 21 seconds. I am fat (5'6'' 180 (though I'm usually around 160...I've gained 20 pounds)) and have been my whole life but I know people who are much larger than myself who can run for 5 minutes nonstop. I've also been having a lot of emotional problems as well. I don't get PMS so this is not it, but lately I've been crying a lot and freaking out on my boyfriend. I hate that I'm ruining our relationship but I can't just let all my insecurities sit in me and build up. But even when I'm screaming at him that I hate myself, it doesn't really relieve any of my stress. I just start feeling bad that I brought him in to my crazy mind. Does this sound like anything?
