Open Question: Girls, how do I tell my mom I started smoking cigarettes without becoming embarassed?

I am a first year college student going home to my mom for Christmas break very soon....problem is while I was here, I started smoking cigarettes and have become addicted...I thought I could just smoke a couple, but now am up to a pack a day, so I will need to smoke while I am at home...my boyfriend does not like my smoking but said that I should tell my mom and get it over with so I can smoke freely...I also got a lower back tattoo while I was here, so now most of my jeans are really low and tight to show it...my bf loves the tattoo and the low tight jeans but how am I ever gonna explain my smoking and lower back tattoo...I kind of love the new me but embarassed to see my mom and my friends now...how do I let them see the new me without being embarasses, help asap

Open Question: Sick of womanly problems! HELP!?

Where to start!? - I have had type 1 herpes for a while now, and got it from unfortunate consequences that didnt involve having sex, i was a virgin when i got it and the whole thing has traumatised me. - Im in a long term relationship with my boyfriend who knows of this condition, and he is the only person i have had sex with. he has had 2 previous girlfriends who were virgins too, so there is no way he has a STD. - I have recently (I think) had a break out of the herpes and have been taking the tablets for 4 days now, and everything has cleared up i think, but i have been left with a bruised feeling, and a thick yellow odourless discharge. I also have a dry, red rash that surrounds the whole area that is not itchy. i just want to know what is wrong with me this time! can anyone help? :( no nasty comments please, thanks x

Open Question: How can i get rid of spots???

I'm a 13 year old girl with a spot problem. I've tried clearasil and Clean and Clear face washes but they both don't work. My mum doesn't want to spend much money on it and she says my spots don't matter- they do if i want a hot boyfriend!!! At the moment I'm trying toothpaste. are there any other home remedies that may work???
