I say he is a genius, because in western culture, even though there are many different kinds of intelligence, the only 2 types that are recognized are scientific [mathematical/logical] & spatial [artistic] intelligence. Hence the reason Einstein & Micheal Angelo are referred to as geniuses, but Tiger woods, who is phenomemnal at golf, isn't. When i go to the site to set an appointment online every single San Diego DMV office has no appointments available online. I call the number they put there to set up an appointment and it says they have no representatives available!! Is it possible to just walk into one and set up an appointment then and there? This is ridiculous. Open Question: Can I call Animal Control on my Neighbor for having their dog out in the rain?I have this neighbor who keep their dog out, every day. HOT or Cold. Right now its raining, and the dog is tied up under like a roof thing but it not big. The dog stands there looking in their home, and its really sad because it has no blanket and it looks sad. They give the dog no attention what so ever. I feel really bad for that dog, and if i could I would take the dog in.
