Open Question: 2010 fishing in california?California is doing this save the ocean programs that is banning charter boats, gaming, surf fishing and rock fishing that is pretty much closing miles and miles around beaches except for pier's. What are the other options besides fishing on a pier? Are lakes now being banned as well? Where are we suppose to go from Malibu to San Diego?
