Open Question: Which school is better: Mira Costa or Palomar?

So I decided that I'm going to community college. But I'm findng it very hard to figure out which community college is best for me. I live in North County-Vista(San Diego area). My major would be art-illustration. I want to become an elemantary school art teacher. Which school has the better art program/teaching program? Does anyone go to either school? I also have become increasingly intereted in studying abroad. I know palomar and mira costa both offer these services but I'm not sure which one is best. Has anyone ever studied abroad with palomar or mira costa? And it seems as if studying abroad is expensive. How do you pay for it? I don't know if this would help but if I went to palomar I would attend the San Marcos location and if I went to Mira Costa I would attend the Oceanside location. Even if you don't go to Palomar or Mira Costa any advice would be helpful. =] Thank you.
